Unless otherwise expressly agreed, all sales of Lillyco Accessories products shall be made on the following terms and conditions.
These terms govern your purchase of any products from Lillyco Accessories. You agree to be bound by these terms when you purchase a product by your use of the website.
Products purchased by you, are sold to you by Lillyco Accessories and all services and communications referred to in these terms are provided by us or our third party service providers. The sale of products to the customer shall be on a non-exclusive basis and Lillyco Accessories shall have the right to sell the product to other parties at such prices and terms of sale without limitation on each occasion. All Customer orders are dependent on stock availability. Any product which has sold out, and is to be re-ordered by Lillyco Accessories, will automatically be back ordered for the customer. Any product which has sold out and will not be re-ordered again by Lillyco Accessories will automatically be cancelled from the customers back order.
Prices displayed are retail rates and are inclusive of GST and freight
As this is primarily a wholesale based company Lillyco Accessories Australia reserves the right to charge a handling fee for low quantity orders.
Wholesale Clients, Agents and Shops:
As this is primarily a wholesale website, you will be required to provide Lillyco Accessories Australia your registered business details including ABN Number to purchase from Lillyco Accessories Australia.
You will be required to create an account and once approved your Login will be provided to you.
Once you have received your wholesale login you will be able to see and purchase at the wholesale rates.
Prices are exclusive of GST and Freight.
The Minimum dollar spend is $300.00 excluding GST and Freight, with no minimum order quantities per item code for available quantities of each item.
You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or Direct Debit (Bank Transfer)
Accounts are no longer available.
Lillyco Accessories will use reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch your order to you within twenty four (24) hours from receipt of your order and payment. Where you request for your order to be delivered to a non-metropolitan, remote or international address, your order may take up to five (5) working business days to be delivered to you.
We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post or any other third party that we, or our third party service provider, may engage to deliver the products to you.
Returns and Credits
Items received faulty
Any goods purchased by the applicant from Lillyco Accessories may only be returned should the items be faulty. Lillyco Accessories will not return products simply because you have ‘changed your mind’. Lillyco Accessories have to be contacted immediately, with code, price and invoice number of the faulty product, followed by something in writing either by fax or email for authorisation. Authorisation will only take place once we receive a fax/email in regards to the faulty item.
Customer returns – Faulty
All our jewellery comes with a three (3) month warranty.
If you require an item to be repaired or replaced, you will need to contact Lillyco Accessories immediately by email/fax where you will be provided with an authorisation number.
The customer will need to complete a Repair/Replacement form. The customers will need to provide an invoice number and date of purchase. A photo of the item is also required and will need to be attached the Repair/Replacement form.
If items have to be sent back to Lillyco Accessories they need an authorization number, otherwise the freight will be paid by the consumer.
Agents will be required to pick the item up and Lillyco Accessories will pay for freight on repaired or replacement items.
After three (3) months and the warranty has expired:
Lillyco Accessories reserve the right to make the final decision on items on replacement of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, your use of the website and product quality expectations is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that:
a) The colours of the product may be different from how they appear on your computer screen or in other digital or hard copy forms.
b) You warrant that your will not make any claim against us or our third party product suppliers if you are disappointed with the design or quality of the product, where such quality or design is beyond our reasonable control.
