After a failed attempt to secure an agency role for a jewellery company at a Sydney trade fair, Jane thought outside the box. At that very same trade fair, Jane purchased $1200 wholesale worth of stunning jewellery and took it Perth to showcase it to her nearest and dearest. Her first showing saw her completely sold out and it was at this moment that the seed of Lillyco was planted.

Jane continued down this path and grew a successful party plan model. It wasn’t without its challenges though as Jane struggled with stock as she was relying on her suppliers. Jane likes to have her finger on the pulse in all areas of her business and the stock issues were stressful and needed a solution. It was here that Jane decided to remove this stressful element and she began to create her very own line of jewellery.

What followed was a leap of faith and all of Jane’s savings as she embarked on an unknown venture of designing, sourcing, manufacturing and then selling. Her tenacity paid off as her first order which was received with bated breath was exactly how she’d imagined. At this moment, the Lillyco seed sprouted and Jane could see her full potential.
