How long does shipping take?
There are a few factors involved with this mainly being your location and the courier company however generally once an order is dispatched from our warehouse you can expect to receive it within 2-8 business days.
How can I track my order?
At the time of dispatch, we will send out order consignment details. You will need to provide your mobile number and email address. You can track your order on the Australia Post website Track your items - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)
Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment we only ship within Australia & New Zealand. However, if you would like us to ship to another country, please contact our sales team at sales@lillyco.com.au and we can get a shipping quote organized for you.
How do you calculate freight for our wholesale customers?
We’ve spent a lot of time working this one out, so it is nice and simple for our buyers! We have moved to a percentage-based freight system. This means the freight is calculated based on your location as well as the size and weight of your order.
