Although our pieces are water resistant, we still recommend removal before wearing in the shower, pool or ocean to preserve longevity of your pieces.
Our jewellery is double dip plated and not solid metal. This means that the coating may fade over time and reflect the alloy or brass base underneath.
Oxidisation is a natural process that can occur if jewellery is worn repeatedly and exposed to moisture, perfumes or chemical products. Oxidisation from everyday wear is not a fault of the jewellery.

Our change of mind policy
At Lillyco, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on most full price merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:
Online
(Australia/New Zealand): 30 days from date of delivery.

(International): 45 days from order placement.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
The merchandise is unworn and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Earrings: Due to hygiene and government health regulations, earrings are unable to be returned unless faulty.
Sale Items: All Sale items are final sale, non refundable or exchangeable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items
When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Lillyco will arrange return postage on your behalf. This is subject to inspection by Lillyco prior to sending goods back to us. Should you need further assistance regarding this process, please contact Lillyco's Customer Service team.
